TiVoDecode Manager (TDM) is a free Applescript Studio interface (i.e. "wrapper") for the tivodecode program that automates the process of downloading of standalone TiVo Series 2 files to your computer and decoding into MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 files. The code is available fromthe tivodecode project page on SourceForge,or go directly to the Download page. The current release is 0.1.4 and adds support for reading the MAK from aconfig file, named /.tivodecode_mak. In order to download the .TiVo files from your TiVo, you either need toaccess the internal web server on your TiVo by going to and logging in as user tivo with your MAK as thepassword, or you can use some software designed to aid in this. If you are onWindows, you can use theTiVo Desktop software as provided byTiVo. Adam, I am trying to setup 5 televisions in the lobby of one of our facilities that will allow any of our Windows computers to display content on each of those 5 televisions like they were 5 additional monitors for the computer. This allows all screens, applications and browser content to be displayed as a user decides like moving windows to different monitors on a multi-monitor desktop setup. I did not find a solution from your list that clearly provided that functionality. Does a solution exist for that?

I wish that Apple would get their shit together and decide if they are a software company or a hardware company. As an ex-Mac owner, yet their OS is superior, no doubt, but their machines...while sexy...are expensive. You can't go down the street and buy an "off the shelf" Mac for $500. As for resale...I want that in a car...not outdated computer equipment. Same goes for the ipod, they got good software (at least original) and the hardware is the best looking out there...but not the most reliable or packed with the most features. Would it kill them to have an owner replaceable battery or add a built in radio tuner? tomcruise...you must be a bigger youtube fanatic than vado if your primary need is to watch video on your tv.

Step out of that loop. Take back control. Use software from people who will use it themselves and have no reason to lie to you. Stop patching and reinstalling so often, get real work done or have fun instead. Save the money for the licenses, invite your love to dinner instead. 2ff7e9595c
